Shipping method

All orders are delivered via courier and require a signature at time of delivery. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 18. It is mandatory at the time of the order, enter a phone number (mobile or fixed) to be contacted by the courier shortly before the delivery of the goods.

Once the items have been dispatched it is not possible to change the destination address or add something to the order itself.

The tracking number is delivered on the day following the dispatch via text message or email from the GLS.

EVASION OF THE ORDER

Orders received on public holidays or on weekdays will be processed the next working day. For payments by Bank Transfer, the order will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation of payment from the bank. This operation will take a few more days.

All orders received Monday to Friday after 10:00 will be shipped the next day.

DELIVERY TIMES

The standard delivery is approximately 3-4 working days from the time of processing the order according to the shipping address indicated by the customer. In the case of choice with payment by bank transfer, the shipment will be made only after receipt of the order amount, this may lengthen the time of the receipt of the products purchased.

SHIPPING COSTS ITALY

Shipments in the Italian territory have a fixed cost of € 10.00 INCLUDING VAT.

The free shipping is at the sole discretion of Jewelry Mammucari, Paul Mammucari depending on the circumstances, the same will be possible only for orders with delivery in Italy.

INSURANCE

All packages shipped are insured up to €1500,00 from the moment they are entrusted to the courier until delivery to the final Customer. Once delivered to the address given and withdrawn, the merchandise is not covered by insurance.

For amounts of insurance in excess of €1500,00, must be made to the customer's request.

LIABILITY

Jewelry Mammucari, Paul Mammucari disclaims any responsibility for any delivery delays not attributable to the same.

COMPLAINTS

Any errors or missing shipments of the material in the package must be reported in written form. Despite the packaging intact, the goods must be verified within 14 calendar days of receipt. Any faults resulting from transport damage must be reported in writing by registered letter A. R. to the Jewelry Mammucari, Paul Mammucari Via Borgo Garibaldi 16 - 00041 Albano Laziale RM Italy, or via email at info@gioiellimammucari.it detailing the damage found, and putting "reserve the right to check the package is intact" or "subject to inspection "parcel damaged" on the shipping document of the courier. Each signaling beyond the above terms, will not be taken into consideration.

Any defects or hidden defects, must be reported in writing using the form downloadable from the website in the section "RMA - Service and repair", and shipped with tracking code (Tracking):
